Your adventure thus far at REW?

To say I was nervous in moving to a new company after 25 years at my previous is an understatement. I knew I would miss the people I had spent a huge chunk of my life with. I do, but the folks at REW, all of them, have made the transition seamless. People make the company. And REW thus far has been amazing because of them.

But what I actually do is

Connecting dots, solving problems, and learning every single day. So I'm basically in grade 3.

Biggest real estate adventure?

We moved into our current home in the burbs on a sweltering July 11th. Unpacking, cleaning, painting, fixing, etc. Eight days later, our second child was born. Probably not the best timing overall, but we've been here for 11 years so it all worked out.

Biggest adventure, period?

Becoming a father for the first time. You can have everything planned out, mapped out, and all your bases covered in being a parent. But when your daughter is born, there's no amount of preparation that you could do to account for that joy and level of responsibility.
